What do you mean by superstitious, an example. I think I know what you mean like if you do something a certain way it will lead you to be ill maybe? If so, I think it is all part of the emetophobia trap. Keeps you stuck in scared mode. But could also overlap into other areas of life. It is horrible I experience thoughts like that also.
I totally understand as well. My mind is constantly on overload. I'm always thinking irrational thoughts. I have suffered with this phobia from an early age. All i know to tell you is I have been on new meds now for oh around 6 mths. I think they are actually helping with some of my racing thoughts. I still have them though, that's why I also see a counselor to help me learn how to deal with them. It's not easy I know. You just have to be whiling to try,and try, and try some more. Good luck.
I'm really superstitious, magpies are my worst haha, i see one and i freak out and then i see two or more i'm fine, although i feel like if i see 1 i get good luck and if i see more i get bad luck... god knows what's going on with my head..
Or when i'm doing my day to day things, in my head i will be like, shall i do this, then in my head it will be like if you don't do it karma will make you get noro...... oh my god, it's killing me!

This statement here sounds a bit more OCD than superstitious
