    Default Lingering Stomach Pain

After dinner tonight (about 5-6 hours ago) I began to get pains in what I assume to be my stomach. My dinner was macaroni and cheese, about 4 ounces of mountain dew, and a little bit of frozen yogurt. The pain was only happening when I took a deep breath in. It is to the left of my belly button and up a little. It is situated a few inches below my rib cage. Since that pain I've also been having loose bm (in would not classify it as d... It is not water.. It did look a bit like sand though so it's close) . I am terrified to go to bed. Now instead of pain only when I take a deep breath, I'm getting a sharp pain there every few minutes. Sometimes it just aches. Does this sound like the beginnings of an issue to any of you ?

The fact that it's not water is a good sign. I've had plenty of belly aches like you're describing and I always ended up being fine later after it subsided. Sometimes it can take a while. It sounds like a bout of indigestion and something Pepto Bismol can help with if you have any. I hope this brings you some comfort and that you can get some sleep.
