    Unhappy N*, Shaking and chills...

Around 7pm last night, I started having mild n* that came and went in waves lasted only a few moments. Then, around 12 am, I got REALLY n* and it didn't let up. I had several very loose bowel movements.

It started to fade around 330am so I laid down. I woke up only a few minutes later feeling very n*, and having severe shakes and chills. Now my stomach is burning and achy, still pretty n* as well and shaking.

I havent been out too often so I don't think it's sv, and the worst thing I ate was dinner last night (three cheese spinach and broccoli calzone) and my family didnt get sick so it's not fp* However, my period is due in about a week from now.

I feel so sick and tired. Help?

From reading this, it sounds like classic anxiety symptoms. Worrying about it will make you feel worse, and I know it's really hard not to think about anything else but the panic, but that's how it'll go away. The loose bowel movements are also a result of anxiety, I've had them loads of times when I'm really anxious. I recommend watching a funny movie/funny videos. Works very well for me

I'm so dizzy and nauseated and tired from what I think is pms this week too. My period is due next week as well. Some months are so much worse than others, I don't get it. It's 4am here and I'm awake worried about sv... But I'm quite sure it's pmsing. I'm Los super gassy and cranky. How are you feeling now?

My sinuses have been on hyperalert this week from a barrage of rain we've had, i'm allergic to mold and man I'm feeling it. I've had some bouts of loose stools off and on all week, plus I'm having my period too right now. Yay me. The combo. of the mucus draining from my sinuses and my hormones raging with the cycle have done it too me. Stick with clear liquids today, bland easy diet tonight, white rice, toast, bananas, plain yogurt is great if you have it, avoid too much fruit though the sugar can make the d* worse. Stay away from greasy, fried, spicy foods for a few days. Drink a TON of water over the next couple days, flush out the toxins and junk and rehydrate your body. Relax and rest today. Pop in a good film that you love, re read a good favorite book. Pamper yourself a bit.
