Default No BM for days then loose stool???

So I'm quite confused. I didn't have a BM for 4 or 5 days, and now I have loose stool. I wouldn't say it was D*. I've heard this is a sign of IBS. I feel fine other wise, just nervous because of this. Its happened a few other times and it's always freaked me out. Have any of you had this happen? Should I be worried?

Omg yes! I have had this happen, and family members also. I think when you are constipated, when u finally GO, it just all comes out like that :/ Nothing to worry about. It's good that it came out. U wouldnt wanna be backed up any longer!

A sign of constipation is loose stools coming out. Especially If you have not gone for a few days. There is an obstruction and that is what is getting around it out. It would happen to a client of mine when I worked in a group home. They were on stool softeners or had a laxative for issues such as this.
If you try and tell me a phobia is unreal. I dare you to live a day, and feel what I have to feel.
