I fear others and myself but mainly in the sv catching but have hated everything to do with s*for years . currently on a cbt programme and gas slightly helped and undergone graded exposure so can now watch graphic v videos and horrendous sound effects no problem, however in real life I still can't cope.
My therapist recommended I try nlp neuro linguistic programming and hypnosis with high success rate and wondered if it really helps? Or any tips to make this the most effective? Cant carry on like this with 2 children and a social career with constant exposure x
