My friend just told me her daughter has noro - she woke up in the night with it. Her two sons have it now too. Her daughter goes to a different school than my daughter, but it doesn't matter....once it's in one school, it starts making the rounds in all the schools. They wanted to get together this weekend and I said NO WAY, lol. They figure once you're not puking anymore that you're no longer contagious. Last year we made it to February before we got it, this year I'm thinking we won't be so lucky. I dread sending her to school every single day. I don't know why my girls seem to get it so bad - they vomit for like 8 hrs straight, pretty much every 30-60 min. It's awful. My friends kids puke once or twice, get the runs (which somehow my girls seem to avoid every time), and that's it. I wonder why my girls vomit so much with it! I wish they just got the runs.
