Default And the freak out begins

So I'm at my dad's and he just told me his stomach's upset...he didn't cook tonight (so I warmed my own pre-packaged food) but I'm freaking out because I'm sure I touched stuff he did...and I tried to wash my hands forever but I'm just worried somehow...I don't know. He thinks it's from wasabi nuts he ate earlier but he has like a ROCK hard stomach and nothing makes him sick and he's used to super spicy food. AND now he wants to drink this cider that he's had sitting out on the counter for a month that's obviously really yeast-y and bloated and fermented and I'm just really scared he'll get sick and why do I have to be here when this is happening? I have a huge paper to concentrate on and now I can't think of ANYTHING else. It seems like there's a chance he's actually ill too...

Also my mom's been on/off sick the last 24 hours with cold/flu-like symptoms and she was breathing in my face and I was like UM EW WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!! And I'm afraid she'll get the flu again like last year because a sick kid coughed in her face and that's how it started last time, and last time her symptoms were really on/off for days before anything major happened. I'm so freaked out, I can't get sick! Not only cause I'm terrified but I have really important stuff for school coming up and I can't miss anything!

This sucks! Why can't people keep their breath/bodies to themselves?

Your dad could very well feel a bit unwell after wasabi - I remember once feeling off after I ate wasabi, but I didn't get sick. As for the cold thing, eat an orange in the mornings. I haven't had a cold/flu ever since I had an orange a day.

How are you all doing now, hun??

I'm (not to jinx anything, but) good, thanks for asking I think I realized it was actually period pain...lol I had completely forgotten about keeping track of that since the last month has just been one stressful blur.
