    1) Nausea and extreme exhaustion are intricately linked. If anything, your body is telling you to sleep. You must sleep to get better.
    2) Your body, because it is exhausted, is burning food fuel inefficiently, making you hungry. The nausea is telling you to eat. It seems counter intuitive, but it happens to me too. Probably happens to all of us.
    3) Freaking out -- specifically being in such an alerted state that you are constantly in fight or flight mode is directing blood flow away from your digestive system causing it distress. Also, when you panic, your digestive system gets a signal from your brain to dump its contents as fast as it can. This is why anxiety causes diarrhea.
    4) I cannot tell you it will be okay, because by that you mean you want me to tell you you wont vomit. I cannot tell you that, no one can. One of the hardest aspects of emetophobia is being willing to admit to yourself that you are indeed human and you can vomit at any time. It is simply part of the human condition. Anyone who tells you that you absolutely wont vomit is lying to you and providing you false comfort. Its better to use evidence based thinking to counteract the anxiety you are feeling. Review the situation in your head, and ask yourself really what your evidence is for being sick. I am sure you will come to the conclusion that this is anxiety. I eventually do, at least.
    5) Ensuring that you do not get overtired and over hungry is essential to ensuring digestive health. I know you have developed coping mechanisms which tell you to stay up late for fear of vomiting, or not to eat certain foods or not to eat at all because you are afraid of vomiting. These are counter intuitive coping mechanisms. They are hurting you, not helping. They are the cause of your nausea, not the way to prevent it. I know its hard to understand in the midst of a panic filled day, it always easier to revert to your old rituals and coping mechanisms as a fall back against the fear and panic, but they are the cause of it, not the solution to it.
    6) No, most of the time I cannot take my own advice :/
