With winter well on its way, my anxieties are peaking once again. Every time is starts getting colder, everyone around me starts getting ill and I get so nervous about it. Well, yesterday afternoon, my mom said "I don't feel good," which really made my anxieties go awry. We ruled that to be a kidney stone, though, as she was having severe back pain, etc etc. My nerves, though, kept me from having an appetite, so I didn't eat dinner.
Basically, all I had to eat yesterday was a small lunch at about 10:00am. Today, at about 1:45 or so, I had some Sonic, which is a fairly normal choice for me. Shortly after, I had some d* and my stomach began growling very loudly. I don't feel bad, those are the only symptoms. I am getting very nervous, though. Is this anything to worry about? Could my stomach be growling so loudly simply because it had been so long since my last meal?
My stomach has quieted down quite a bit since I began typing this post. Not to mention, I just began my "cycle" the other day, so that may also have something to do with it. I would just like some honest opinions. Thank you!
