So my boyfriend is working at the help desk of a very posh spa.. and was sucked into the wonderful world of Yoga.
He came back extremely excited (bless him) with information that Yoga is used for a wide range of phobia's and anxieties!

I wanted to see if anyone has tried it, and does it help you feel calm throughout the day? Seems like a good bit of fun anyway, but would love to know if it'll contribute to helping my anxiety!
