After I v* my stomach started hurting. I think it was muscle strain tho.

Do you mean did the stomach cramps start before, during, or after the V or did they start before you started showing symptoms?
last time I had a stomach virus I didn't V (came close though) and stomach cramps were my very first symptom before anything else.
