    Exclamation Gulp i think this.....

    Might well be it normally my panic post are manic but I dunno this has sort of crept up on me. So it started off this noting with a sore lower pain this went by mid morning lasted maybe 30mins from waking. But then I've had this sort of 'urgency' all day it's this gaggy sort of feeling. I tried not focus on it and pushed forward with my day having some little bits at lunch. Now I must explain I've been panicking all weekend on and off so eating has been up and down I haven't eaten a lot so my bm have been inconsistent.
    But then today gradual and gradual I've had this 'tightness across my belly' feeling
    bloated
    lack of bm ( although I had one just before and it was normal)
    struggling to pass gas but feeling like I need to
    slight restlessness
    still can suck on mint but food slightly turns me off

    ive got no fever no tummy pains no d* or anything just the above symptoms. I guess it could be anxiety I've just Woken up despite going to bed over 2 hours ago and I have these feelings and starting to panic I've tried to calm down but it's not working I've had domperidone and ginger tea to no avail ( am I constipated? Is this reflux? Or ibs or will I actually v* because this is a bug due to the lack of gas?

    Hmmm...some of those sound like anxiety.I read that a bad back gives you a bad stomach and emet system, so try to relieve your back pain if possible. Try to relax and you will be ok in the end. Snack on something salty like a crunchy bar, it helps lower stress. Hope you feel better soon. It really does sound like anxiety

    I get a lot of those symptoms when I am anxious too And I feel like if you've gone the whole day with out any thing getting worse, then its just that. When I changed my diet I constantly felt like I had gas inside that could not come out. Take a few sips of a clear soda and let yourself burp and burp... it does help I think.
    If you try and tell me a phobia is unreal. I dare you to live a day, and feel what I have to feel.

    Thanks for replying maddie. I've just woken having been asleep since midnight so that's another 2hour burst I can't help but think is my body trying to keep me awake I still have the urgess but I don't feel I'll if that makes sense just the gaggy sensation. Hmmm. I love salty things so I'll try that although everyone is asleep and in bed so i don't know if I'll be able to drip downstairs unnoticed x x

    Glad your feeling a tiny but better, how are you now? Also, i get that gaggy feeling and its anxiety, or at least i have never had it before i v*!! Try sucking ice, I find that helps with the gaggy feeling :
