Re: Not so sure what to do
Don't be afraid to vent it all out. Whats the worst that will happen? Some one doesn't read it? But at least its out there and people who care about you (on here I think we all care for each other cause we all understand how this phobia is, and 'outsiders' or people who don't deal with it, don't) it is REALLY had dealing with this on top of family issues. I understand that completely and Im in the same boat. But don't ever be afraid to let it out .
With your parents, just love them everyday and especially if your mom is forgetting things too.. just be there. Be there for her, cause in the end it'll make you feel better.
If you try and tell me a phobia is unreal. I dare you to live a day, and feel what I have to feel.
