    Default "Minor" setback

I'm doing pretty well with the phobia as of late. Other than other health problems, I haven't needed antiemetics for a while. In the middle of the night however, I awoke basically knowing I would vomit. I ended up taking 16mg of Ondansetron. If i was awake when i felt this way, I doubt I would have taken that much. Waking up sick is one of my personal fears in relation to this phobia so I panicked.

I won't let that change my plans though.

That's not too bad, it happens. Like you said, it's a minor setback, it's nothing to feel bad about. Waking up in a panic is always the worst..

I'm so glad you're doing well! As the saying goes, two steps forward, one step back! You'll get there!

You handled it wonderfully! Setbacks are normal, don't let it take away from your progress.
