I am Matt. I am so glad I found this site that has others who relate to my phobia. I have been living with this for over 20 years and it is nice to find a place where others understand what I live with.

Welcome Matt! This is a great place to give and get support. We are super active and people are on here all day and night. Lots of people of varied ages too. I also lived with emet for about 15 years before I found this board and it has helped me immensely - both to come on when I needed a sanity check/place to vent and also a place to give tons of support to those in need. Tell us about yourself!
