    Exclamation Oh no

Forgive me if this is 'another panic thread' but right now it's never felt more real
I'm pretty good at work in terms of hand washing etc etc but I'm pretty relax outside of the home. Anyways it started I'd say Saturday afternoon I suddenly felt like I had 'car sickness' although I was stationary I took some tablets (domperidone) and tried to forget about it I hadn't eaten much Saturday afternoon after having a big tea and just munched on some crisps and chocolate, ate.
I was fine though had a disturbed Saturday night sleep this could have been lack of food and anxiety.
Sunday was fine except had no real food a banana and then sweets when I got home I had some bacon and popcorn. Came to bed and I've been awake every two hours tossing and turning unable to get comfy.
i feel a sense of doom like it's going to happen and a thick throat I haven't got cramps nor d* infact I tend to have a little gas but that's it's. I feel really thirsty I could drink off days (could that be too saltiness of bacon and popcorn ?) maybe I have stomach avid I dunno just this somehow feels odd and I feel really scared ( my friend said with her before she v* she couldn't sleep and kept waking
thank you again for reading and just bearing with me!!!

    Hi Jessica!!

I hope you're feeling better now! I think you're having pure anxiety. When you say you feel a 'sense of doom' that is a tell-tale sign of anxiety =)

Just take a few deep breaths and you're going to be just fine. The last time I had Noro, it was quick. There wasn't much time in between the time I started feeling gross to the time I knew I was definitely sick. (like two hours) You can't sleep because you're anxiety is so high. Can you take a warm bath and maybe turn on some relaxing music?

Your food choices are not the greatest. I think a combo of the food and anxiety are making you feel bad. Try and eat healthy and I bet you will feel way better.

Most likely it's the food, that's not a very good diet and it would upset anyone's stomach, also being thirsty is not a symptom of a sv* and yes obviously it's from eating lots of salty foods with little to no water in them. Also, the sv* doesn't cause dizziness for days before getting sick, it starts going downhill rather abruptly. Do try to eat healthy foods and you will feel much better in general.
