    Default Overdid it on dairy...any advice?

    So I made a cheese plate for some guests yesterday, and I think I helped myself to a few too many pieces. Since last night, I've had very very smelly gas and a bubbly stomach. Today I feel fine, but I still have the gas and I had one bout of watery/oily d* about an hour ago. Oh, and I still have a bubbly stomach with a LOT of bloating.

    I don't feel sick, but it IS embarrassing and difficult to be around others. Does anyone have any advice for some relief? I have immodium on hand but I'm not sure if it would help (sometimes anti-d* meds make me feel MORE bloated!). If I don't feel better, I plan to go buy some activated charcoal. I'd prefer an herbal remedy, like a tea or a vitamin.

    get some gas x and eat some carbs to sop up the dairy. I know it's yucky but you may need to let it run it's course
