Anyone ever feel like you were hungry but in your intestines and not your stomach?

I don't know if it is smoking related since I have been smoking more again after cutting back some.

Its a weird feeling like starving but only in my intestines. I ate dinner, which I had a lot to eat so I couldn't possibly be as hungry as I feel, but its like a nauseous hungry almost like I haven't eaten in days. Weird!

Oh man, I hate that. Think thats why I eat so much - bc i dont wanna feel it. It is the worst in the morning. As soon as I get up, I absolutely HAVE TO EAT.

Thank you! I was starting to think it was just me cause when I ask people they look at me like I'm crazy! It is horrible! And I have noticed on days where I eat alot I dont seem to get that feeling or at least not as bad.
