Default Feeling yucky! (Some trigger words)

So been feeling off for a few days but pinned it down to anxiety.
But Sunday I just felt off...I kept getting hot flushes and thought is this a fever? I also felt sick but tried to ignore it and place it as anxiety.
By lunch I wasn't really hungry but made myself eat salad I then carried on with my afternoon but then by tea time I started to feel funny like not hungry at all in fact just how I felt last time I had a sickness virus. I went to bed but ive just woke up now having felt the vomit rise in my throat and feel all warm. My intestines feel cold and bloated and I sorta feel gaggy.
i don't have cramps but I do feel like yucky. I've had a normal bowel movemt but I'm just scared. I feel like I could vomit and it's awful as I know I'll throw up a lot
please help what does it sound like? Any form of a virus? Is it likely I'll be sick?

I honestly have no idea what it is. I have woken up with that feeling and it is yucky but sometimes you could be snoring and just gag in your sleep, like a muscle spasm. It could be stress alone as you ate and were ok. I'd try to watch some quiet tv and see if you can fall asleep. I know it is like 3am over in the UK.

It could be acid reflux, it can cause a full stomach, loss of appetite, nausea.. Sometimes it happens to me that I wake up with a taste of v* in my throat and it's just reflux. When you get it often, you get used to it. Normally if it was a sv you wouldn't be feeling ill for days beforehand, it escalates pretty quickly, within hours. Try some antacids if you have some, I especially like those with alginic acid. Taking them with a bit of water always helps with the lack of appetite and reflux.

I say it's reflux, it causes that acid feeling in your throat. Try proping yourself up when you sleep
