Hi everyone
I'm going to africa tomorrow for 10 days and I'm so scared. Access to internet will be iffy so getting on here will be hard also I'm worried I'll catch food poisoning or a bug or travellers d* that frightens me any tips on what I should do? Advice. Or an encouragement? Worried about long plane and getting anxious x x

I'd pack so pepto or something in case of d* and I prefer to sleep on planes so I take a Dramamine or something to help me sleep. Other than that have fun!
