So i've had emetophobia since i was 11. I'm now 20.
I've never actually asked for help, but i did do CBT for OCD and social/panic anxiety which was quite successful, but they had to let me go when i turned 18. I didn't do anymore CBT, i was in rehab the same time and then the rehab remitted me to a psychiatric place they send people to after rehab that have psychological issues, they dropped me 'cause i have a minor relapse. All my docs/psychiatrists/counselors etc have always tried to get me on anti-depressants, i keep declining the offer.

The only ones that haven't tried (when i say they tried, i mean every single session they'd go on about them), but the ones that didn't were the CBT guy and this girl i'm seeing now, i've been on one session.
I told her very clear that my phobia is the main concern and what triggers most my psychological problems. She's gonna talk to her colleagues and see if she can find someone to do CBT with me for my phobia. Which is fucking great, let me tell you!

Now, could someone who's done this before tell me what exactly they do during CBT treatments for this phobia?
