Friend with stomachache

I've been hanging out with this one friend all week because we're building something together and today when I picked him up he said he was up all night because he had a stomachache. He ate a ham sandwich a few hours before bed. He was fine when I picked him up but as soon as he was done eating dinner he said he had a terrible stomachache again. He is still at my house w I starting to panic. Help please? Does this sound like an SV to anyone? He also just burped and he said he needs to take a rest.

I tried, but he doesn't want to get in a car because he's worried it will make him sick. He's steadily getting worse and he seems to be stuck here. I have never been this close to a sick person aside from my mom.
