    Default Coconut causing d*?

I just had two bouts of d*. I drank a lot of coconut water today (I bought a big carton of it to last the week, and I drank over 2/3 of it today). I also cooked with coconut oil. I don't exactly feel n* (just full from the water and a little gurgly). I'm still anxious though, and I don't want it to progress to n* or v*. I ate a decent amount of almond butter too, which has a good amount of oil in it.

I took two dramamine tablets just in case. It's later in the evening here anyway, so if it makes me sleepy I'll just go to bed earlier.

How likely is it that the coconut water and oil caused the d*?

Ive heard of coconut water causing D. Yes, for sure its that. And thats a lot to drink of it too. Never heard of V from it though, so i think you'll be okay from that!
If you try and tell me a phobia is unreal. I dare you to live a day, and feel what I have to feel.

yeah coconut water can definitely cause d. no v, like mhartse said, just acts as a diuretic. pineapple and watermelon does the same. just drink regular water to flush it out. you should be fine.
