scared-back at school!

So school started just last week so I am incredibly anxious about absolutely everything...on top of my emet. I've been biting at my nails and cuticles constantly (I know it's bad!!!). Today in my last class this girl was eating crackers and chewing very loudly, then complained twenty minutes later of not feeling well. Ten minutes after that, she excused herself to v*, and came back only a few minutes later looking I think a little bit better. She was sitting near me but I didn't touch her or anything around me except for my own things, and I washed my hands after class and then drove home. I'm going to stop biting my nails and touching my face, but do you think she has a sv*, or even worse, that I would catch it? I'm freaking out right now!

I hope all went well for you.
I know that could have been really scary. Just because she did get sick doesn't mean it was something you could catch. Food poisoning from something being left out in the heat wouldn't spread to you. Plus even if she did have a sv it isn't spresd by any means than hand to mouth. Meaning v particals or d* would have to go from something you touch into your mouth.
