    Default These past 3 weeks

These past 3 weeks, I've been having random waves of nausea, and as an emetophobiac, you can tell this is the scariest thing ever. When it all started, I had (maybe) a sv* that night and ever since then, I have been experiencing random waves of nausea that range from light (doesn't hurt just bothering a little) to severe (omg I don't want to throw up please god).

Is there something wrong with me? Well, obviously there is, but I want to know of its serious.

    Things to note:
I am a male, so pregnancy is out of the question.
I have had a cold throughout most (maybe all) of this experience.

Might have been post nasal drip... But if it doesn't pass when your cold does, please see a doctor.

Hey! I find after I've had a severe panic/ nausea attack I get nausea on a pretty frequent basis for a while afterwards. I think it's because I'm so worried it'll happen again that I'm hyper aware of every little feeling. And then the anxiety causes more nausea (which causes more anxiety - ugh!). Hope you feel better soon!
