    Default Help

so Monday night/ Tuesday morning my one year old was throwing up, she does have a cold but I went to check on her in the middle of the night an she had tu milk all over I am talking she was caked In it. it was all over her crib. my fiancé bathed her and I cleaned her crib. we gave her water and she tu in the car on the way to the ER, because I was having awful ear pain then in the er she tu bile. they gave her pedialite she kept that down for 45 mins then they gave her a little more, she tu on the way home I was diagnosed with an ear infection in both ears. They did not diagnose her with anything, just told me to keep an eye on her, she did not tu anymore after the time in the car after we left the ER we gave her more pedialite when we got home and she kept that down. Could this have been mucous from her sickness? I mean her first episode was ALOT and I have no idea how many times she tu then, or when it happened because I checked on her around 12. My fiancé did most of the cleaning up and he also got tu on. I only cleaned her bed. But I am feeling so sick, do not know if its from my ear stuff the amox, anxiety or if she had the bug. Wouldn't my fiancé be the one to get it? I mean all I did was clean her bed and I washed my hands well by the way she had no fever

It could very well be anxiety. It sounds like you've been through a terrible experience. Kids can be kinda weird about viruses and studd

It could have been mucus she was throwing up on but I am guessing in all honesty a small bug. My daughter when she has had colds and tu only does it once and you can tell it's snot. It doesn't mean anyone else will get sick or have the same symptoms. Just recently my toddler had a sv and my husband took care of her as she was tu and he never got it. I would continue washing my hands and keeping them away from your face. If your fiancé gets sick it would most likely be within 24 to 72 hours. If it makes you feel better sleep in a seperare room during that time. I have done that and my husband understands totally.

As for the rest I am going to say its part of your ear infection and part anxiety.

It's probably a whole combination of all those things, kids are funny, they tu for no reason at all, their little tummies are so sensitive. Too much lunch and my little cousin tu the lunch! She might have had a bug, but it doesn't mean you'll get it. Just sanitize and wash your hands.

Oh it's so horrible when little ones are poorly! I agree that it sounds like a tummy bug. When my daughters v through having a cold it has always been just the once and you can tell it's all mucusy. I would think you and your husband will be fine if you cleaned up and washed hands well.
