    Default Omg

so I was brushing my teeth tonight. And when I bent down I noticed there was mold in the tooth brush holder who knows how long it was there for. But I brush my teeth daily. Im so scared now. I rinsed my mouth out twice with mouth wash but what else can mold do to you? I always run my tooth brush under hot water for like 15-30 seconds. I should start making sure I rinse my toothbrush holder more then I already do. Ugh panicking

I assume the mold was in the bott where the handle is, right? that's common. I get that all the time and never worry .

No need to panic even if the mould went in your mouth. Humans can tolerate mould and dirt without getting sick. I don't think it will cause any problems.

You'll be fine. I'm sure you already have by now, but sanitize that toothbrush holder! Some you can even just pop in the dishwasher, depending on the material
