Oh my gosh oh my gosh worst thing ever
I've been feeling odd all day really tired and not much appetite but I thought that was just a knock on from exhaustion due from the w/e but I was sleeping perfectly (fell asleep around 10:30) but was woken by this sensation of fighting back sick I was rapidly swollowing and had this taste in back of throat and my throat was closed off. It scared me and I was coughing too. As I came too I managed to stop. Got the hot sensation come over me. Now I can still taste it in my throat it's repeating on me and my abdomen is quite bloated feel like it's going to happen too scared to go back to sleep now.
Anyone had this before? Is is acid reflux or not? I have no cramps or pain and just had a normal bm

I've had that and it's usually been reflux. can you get some water to sip?

Acid reflux for sure, happens to me sometime. Drinking water and tums help me.
