So today's Christmas Eve & 13 days ago from today my dad and everyone had the stomach flu.. Me & my bro are freaking out right now because it said the flu can live on things up to 2 weeks we didn't go in the house where they got sick we went to my grandmas but they were all there.. I can't even eat all the gold food they made because I'm scared please tell me I'll be ok

The stomach "flu" may be a hardy virus, but as long as you wash your hands and don't touch your face, you won't get it. Also, it said that it can live up to two weeks. That doesn't mean that it always does, just that that's the maximum lifespan outside of a body. 13 days is only one day away from two weeks as well.

You have absolutely NOTHING to worry about. Yes the virus CAN live on surfaces for UP TO 2 weeks, but the ability to infect another human decreases each day. So, the particles may still be there for 2 weeks, but that doesn't mean that they can actually still sicken you. Beyond 7 days I highly doubt that they even could. You are 100% safe.
