    Default help?

So yesterday was nye and my fam was having a get together so my bro went over to visit everyone I stayed home because I was going to do my own thing with my friends and 30 minutes later I got a text from him saying he's coming back because he said my grandma was eating and said "I can't eat much my stomachs still recovering" he touched the door knob coming in and ate without washing his hands which is why he's scared he came back really mad and upset that no one told him and the next day he said he felt sick and said he dry heaved but no vomiting and swears it's the stomach flu could it be just a really bad panic attack? He had no symptoms whatsoever except for nausea and no appetite
its crazy how well im handling this (yay for anti depressants!) I feel really bad though because I turned him into a complete emetaphobe
but this time last year he had gotten the virus and I feel like he's just scared he'll get it again!

Try not to blame yourself for this! To me it sounds like a panic attack, usually it takes longer for symptoms to start after being exposed to an sv*.

Yeah try not to worry much, cause whatever it was it seems to be done? And it wasn't even that intense. So it could of just been panic or something else. Im sure you will be okay!
If you try and tell me a phobia is unreal. I dare you to live a day, and feel what I have to feel.
