Sandwiches

So I know PB Nutella and bread are okay left out alone separately, but together as a sandwich would they expire? I made a sandwich for work last night and had planned for it to be in the fridge but left it out, I would think that's fine but I don't have a fridge at work so it has to sit in my locker until 4 today which is like 18 hours out, just worried that the moist bread will cause bacteria?

totally fine, they are okay separate, they are okay together. I've made p b and j the night before and left it out in a lunch box and took it the next day.

totally fine. a resses sandwich sounds amazing. my son eats nutella all the time. hates pb, weirdo.
