Default Please help I'm so scared!!!!

    Hi everyone,
I haven't been on here in a while but I really need some reassurance. I feel very n* , feel warm and had a bit of d* last night, not so much now. The worst thing is that I am in a hotel on a working trip which means I am all on my own without the comfort of my room! Is it a sv? Someone please help me I'm so scared

Can't say for sure, but I am pretty convinced if it was a sv you would have v* by now, particularly if your d* has eased off a bit now. Put the TV on and see if there's a movie on to distract you. When I'm feeling warm I run the shower over my feet - cools you down. Feel better.

Agreed you would have v by now. What did you eat/drink? Anything unusual? Buffet? More coffee than usual? I would eat gently today...maybe carbs, banana to bind you up, etc.

Thanks guys. I feel a little better and had just toast and coffee for breakfast. As soon as I go back to my room to pick up shoes, I hear some guy v* in the room across from mine! Great, I feel better and my sv anxiety comes back in an instant! Now there's the possibility that some lovely person brought a sv to my floor across from my room! Today is a disaster!

As long as you don't go licking his doorknob, you have nothing to worry about.

Sometimes traveling can make you feel a bit off. Glad to hear you're doing better!
