Hi everyone
I am freaking out about my impending flight in 2.5 hours! I feel a little n* with a slight headache, warmth and a little bit of d* . I have prepared myself in terms of having peppermint mints (chewy), lollipops, motion sickness medication, dry crackers and a bottle of water. I feel a little n* when flying but I have never v* on a flight. I take the medication as a way to alleviate all n* and to put my phobic mind at ease. I am so scared and whats worst I am flying on my own. The flight is rather short, only 4.5 hours but I'm not a good flyer, even if the flight is only 1 hour! I picked my seat in the middle (I think) and its an aisle seat. Any advice for my flight? Am I doing the right things? Could I have a sv? Please help!!!
