New here and terrified today!

I am new here, but not new to emetophobia. I have a terrible fear of vomiting and am terrified of the stomacho flu for years. Went to see my parents today and when my mom opened the door she backed away and said that I should not come in since she had the stomach flu. I am terrified of that and have a fear of vomit. Is there a big risk that I cought it from her by seeing her in the door?? Went straight home and washed my hands 3, yes three, times followed by handsanitizer.
