Okay so I'm probably going to sound really silly now, but I'm really worried about eating a lot of fruit and stuff, because I always worry that eating a lot will give me d* ???
I don't eat loads and when I do eat more than I usually would on a day like today, I'm worried my tummy isn't used to it. I don't know I just worry.
Can anyone relate & reassure?
I want to get really healthy before I go on holiday but I worry loads. Excuses excuses ey!
