i think i sick and i need help

i posted on here last night about my period being late and feeling nauseous. preg test is negative, but nausea didn't subside all night. this morning, woke up EXTREMELY n*. Had one very soft poop and just had watery diarrhea.

freaking out that i might have sv. what are the odds that i will not v? the nausea started about 8 hours ago, and i just now had watery diarrhea. can i have a sv with only d?

could this be just anxiety? please help me. im still nauseous and i cant do this

I often have to take a zofran during pms.. The pms started making me sick when I was about 37. Usually a child's dose will knock it out then I'm fine. If you take zofran be aware it can cause constipation. Feel better

you can totally have a mild sv and only get d and n. definitely. how are you now?

I often get d* with my period. I don't get n* though, but I do get a wobbly tummy. It doesn't hurt, but I feel the urge to go and it's often bubbly right before my period starts. I'm sure give the amount of time you've already been uncomfortable, whatever the cause, it's almost over.

hi thanks guys... i havent had any more d except for that one bought almost 4 hours ago, so whatever it is (either panic, sv, or hormones) seems to be at bay.... still a tiny bit nauseous but nothing compared to this morning.... also took a seccond preg test to confirm not pregnant, so thats a huge relief.

okay, for the past hour and a half the nausea has been back and its horrible. no v or d, but I am feeling hopeless. How come i was getting better, and then it came back even worse???

im freaking out because i dont know what this is or when it will go away. i want to die right now.

It will pass, just take deep breaths and concentrate on thoughts that make you feel calm. Think about all the times in your life when you have felt n* but didn't v*. This will be just like one of those times. Hang in there, it will be over soon!

so eventually the nausea subsided again and i napped for an hour. i just woke up, still only minor nausea but now achy legs and lower back, which makes me think it is a sv .... my symptoms started 16 hours ago...do you think im passed the worst of it? do you think the nausea will come back again?

The achy legs and lower back sounds more like your period to me. Mine was late last month and it caused me to have awful PMS symptoms, 10x worse than normal. The nausea was unreal and I had diarrhea as well. Try and have some tea and toast, and a hot water bottle if you have one.

I think she is, she said it was late and she took a (negative) pregnancy test. Try and get some rest hon, periods are wicked and I'm almost positive that that's all this is. If you can have some food, take an ibuprofen, but not on an empty stomach. Take a nice hot bath if you have one, and try and relax. Maybe try and go for a walk outside, as the fresh air will help the nausea and the walking will help the cramps.

I'm going through this too! My period is super late and I've been feeling VERY unwell. Take some ginger gravol you'll be okay =)

thanks for your replies everyone....nausea has been gone for 5 hours now, so im hoping it's over for good. still feeling very achy and weak, which could be from my stupid late period trying to start, but i am secretly hoping it is a sv. i know that sounds nuts, but assuming im past the worst of it, i would love to just feel like i got my sick "quota" out of the way, so i can stop worrying about getting sick in the next few months! i guess we'll know if it's a sv for sure if my husband comes down with it (last time i had a sv he caught it, oops.). though he might not this time.

my head is hurting and im very achy and weak but somehow my spirits are better. i can handle these aches much better than the insane nausea i was experiencing before. the worst of my life, for sure.

Definitely sounds like PMS, but who knows! Since you're fine now, if you had an sv it should be all over.

I've always found a hot water bottle on my tummy helps vring on my my period also jumping up and down it sounds stupid but it does work! Hope you feel better soon

Try taking reglan and valium (diazepam). Reglan helps with the nausea and valium helps calm you down. Zofran helps a little but I found these two together really helped.
