Anyone taken Bentyl?

Has anyone taken Bentyl (Dicycloverine)? I've had intestinal cramping/stomach ache for almost 2 days and nothing is helping. I never have symptoms like this, and I doNt have ibs. If you've taken it, has it worked? Does it have any side effects?

Bentyl is good for cramping. It basically slows down the movement of your intestines. Low side effects. It will constipate you slightly as it slows down your GI track. However. When you have cramps it's because it's moving too quickly causing gas and cramps. Take it. You'll feel better. Just make sure it was dr prescribed.
