    Default question

has anyone ever experienced this? Waves of very painful stomach cramping/pain that lasts a few seconds then goes away. I v* last night after being nauseous and hungover all day, and today i haven't been able to eat anything, but I've had several bouts of bad d*. I'm thinking maybe its my stomach thats irritated from the alcohol, v* and not having any food in it, but I'm still concerned and honestly scared to eat. I'm going to eat a banana and crackers, maybe gatorade. I've had people say its probably the sv but that terrifies me. i don't want to v* again and i just want to feel better

Sounds like your system is inflamed. Sip on some pepto. It coats the stomach and reduces inflammation. If it continues in a few days I would suggest going to see a doctor. Also, continue to drink as much water as you can. Take care and be well!

I'll be honest, diarrhea and cramping 2 days later aren't hangover symptoms. It does sound like you got a SV. BUT there's a lot of good news- the biggest is that you're over 24 hrs into it which means it's on it's way out! The worst is over! AND you're probably not going to get another one for at LEAST a year or two (probably even more!) and finally, the v* is over. It's moving through you past your stomach now. You'll be better soon and stronger than ever!

agreed it sounds like cramping like a muscle cramp. I don't think it is a hangover either but I am not 100% sure as I wasn't caught up on your other thread. pepto will help but I honestly just think you need to eat gently, bananas and bread and stuff and focus on hydrating. I bet you are ok in a day. HUGS.
