    I hope you're feeling better!

It's possible that your anxiety is exacerbating these symptoms, especially if they came on quickly and out of nowhere; you had no time to process them and it went straight from "I feel weird" to "I MUST be sick". I hope you've managed to calm down and aren't experiencing anything worse than what you felt yesterday.

Also, about your boyfriend! Things that may seem "weird" to you, might not be at all strange to him, especially if he knows you suffer from anxiety. Do what you need to do to get yourself okay and forget about how it might seem to others because 1) this adds extra stress and 2) you deserve someone who is willing to be understanding/try to be understanding about what you go through!

Does your bf know you're emet or suffer from anxiety? I'm the same way when I don't feel well or have an anxiety attack and for the most part I've hidden most of it from my boyfriend the 5 years we've been together (which was a challenge when we moved in together a few years ago!). My point is, he might be more understanding than you think. Maybe even helpful. I had to come clean with my bf when I had horrible food poisoning a few weeks ago and aside from not understanding why I didn't want to eat for a full day, he basically was very helpful It actually made me feel better that he was there.

chin up, I think you'll be ok!

Update: Well I ended up being fine that night. But yesterday I woke up with flu symptoms (achy, chills, fever) and this morning I v* around 6. Idk whats wrong with me. I've been sick on and off for 3 weeks. I'm afraid to drink a lot, but I'm so thirsty. I hope i dont v* again. The weird thing is, it was just a little. But idk, i just dont wanna get any sicker. I have a 100 degree fever now. Any one else experience some thing similar?

Sounds like regular ole flu/cold. The stomach upset is most likely from swallowing mucus in your sleep. Have someone get you some theraflu or nyquil and you should be fine!

You cant. Its part of being sick. you cant help what happens when you sleep. But if you dont want to take meds youre going to have to wait for it to clear up on its own which will take MUCH longer
