HI, sorry, I just saw this now. Hope you made it through...I HATE being at work and start feeling panicky or feeling nauseous, which brings on panic. It's really hard to give advice on this, but what I usually do is keep myself busy or my mind occupied. Or I will say to myself, "if you were home right now, wouldn't you be feeling fine??" Then I know it's only panic and nothing else. Or, you can take a break, say you need some air or a drink of water or something. Sometimes that helps too, just to get out of there for a minute. Hope you are feeling better now...take care!!

It was awful I felt so terrible I googled how to stop a panic attack and just kept repeating what I found online in my head it surprisingly worked a little and towards the end of my shift I finally calmed down a bit. I took a note of their 4 steps and will be keeping it in my purse for future panic attacks thankfully I'm off for 2 weeks holidays now so my panic attacks will hopefully be minimal
