    Default Therapy and exposure?

Hey! Hope y'all are doing great! Just need some help, really not sure what to think. Monday my teacher's family ALL got sv (from a sick person making food at a potluck) except her, and so Wednesday she still came to class (home schooled so we only have class once a week). I wasn't super worried, I heard on FB what happened and figured she was sick too, so hearing she wasn't relieved me. Well she came around checking our homework and she was very pleased with mine (I guess) and so she put her hand on my shoulder. I almost flew out the room. Do you think that I was exposed? My hair (long) was down and actually got in my eyes/mouth later.

Also how many of you do exposure therapy? I've been doing it for a while now (well just started actual exposure Wednesday) and I'm really not wanting to do it. I want over this fear but I really don't because the exposure is awful (I watched a video this time). What do y'all think of therapy? Between my teacher, therapy, and another sick friend yesterday was difficult and now I'm too afraid to sleep. Getting shaky and my stomach hurts some.

I am not sure if this is good advice for you but take a deep breath and try not to worry about it that much. Think of other things. But if you do get sick (not saying you will) then just remember you will feel a lot better.

    Wrong place I think.
