Sometimes yes. Like food... food has always been a trigger for me but it's getting worse lately
It's like because I know the chances of catching a bug now has totally dropped ive replaced it with car travel s* and worrying if I panic to much it will make me s* .. It's actually sad really because I was so looking forward to April I thought I'd be practically cured!
Yeah, I know what you mean.
But if you don't get car s* normally you won't now. And motion s* you can easily prevent. I usually think of it like, if I'm going 45 minutes and under in a car I'll be fine but if im going somewhere like an hour or so away in a car I take a gravol just in case. Or if I'm going on a long bus ride I carry gravol with me. That kind of helps my anxiety.
And getting s* from panic is also easily prevented... It's basically mind over matter.
It's April, time to start enjoying the beautiful weather and stop worrying! =).
I carry anti v* tablets with me aswel lol a comfort to no they are there and Yep your totally right it's time to start enjoying this weather after a rough few months![]()
Once the barbecues come out I am on higher alert for possible fp!
We usually burn our barbecue food because my boyfriend thinks it tastes better that way lol there's really not much chance of fp with burnt burgers but I do precook chicken in the oven before its barbecued. Roll on summer![]()
