    Default Been watching youtube videos

I've crossed a new threshold lately. I've been able to watch vomit videos on youtube without turning away. Mainly been looking at food challenge type videos and also some ipecac challenges. I've been handling it pretty well. I probably watched about ten of them tonight. I've seen maybe seen another 10-15 in the last week.

I'm not saying this has cured me or anything close to it. But now some of shock value of seeing people do it has been diminished, at least a bit. It's easier to watch if it's something like a milk chug challenge. But seeing it come up colorful and chunky would still be difficult to look at.

The thought of drinking Ipecac is still terrifying. I don't even think I'd be able to hold a bottle of it in my hand, as if it was something ominous.

When I was in the 2nd grade, a girl in my class (I went to a small catholic school) ate some poisonous berries off a bush. I remember we were playing chef or something and we were picking them to play with but she hate them -even after I told her they were poisonous. Anyway my dad was a classroom parent and he took her to the nurse, who gave her ipecac. They even sent her home on the bus like that at the end of the day. I remember being totally horrified. To this day, that's the only thing I think of when people say ipecac

I do that too! My favorites are the WrecklessEating videos. They're disgusting but somehow funny. I think it's because the whole thing is supposed to be a big stupid joke, and everybody's laughing in the videos. It hasn't cured me but it has certainly made things like v* scenes in movies much easier to watch.
