Default teacher triggered a panic attack

This morning I woke up with a head ache and I noticed a slight stomach ache. It wasn't too bad so I wasn't too worried. Then I took my daughter to school who hadn't been in a couple days. (She's has a bad cold) her teacher said "oh ******* ! Where have you been?" I said she had been sick and her teacher was like "oh no, with that stomach thing going around?" Aparently a school close to us has an out break right now. Right there my anxiety went through the roof. I'm on my way to ACV and grape juice. I'm so hoping that I don't have it =(

I doubt you have it. that teacher probably thought nothing of it. a sv going around a school nearby has no bearing on YOU. I bet you have acid or something minor. how long have you felt off? if it's been hours and just lingering, it's probably nothing.

Yeah, it's been all day. Doesn't seen to be going away though. I'm cleaning my house to keep my mind off of it! Lol

have you eaten? if its just lingering but not getting worse, it may be nothing. what did you eat yesterday? spice? dairy? anything unusual?

I had pizza yesterday and a cheese bistro...
II've had a few waves of nausea. But I'm not sure it it's nerves or not. My energy level seems to be okay though.
