Hi Everyone,

Last night I started feeling chilled and ended up having a fever of 101. Took some tylenol and it seemed to help. But it wore off around 6 this morning. And all day today I've had a fever and headache...I tried not to take tylenol again because I heard if you let the fever run its course, it helps fight the infection faster. But finally I just had to because my fever went to 102 and my head was splitting.

Anyway, I'm worried because I was bit by a tick 2 months ago. No rash, etc. just a nasty bite. Also, I am fostering kittens, and one of them scratched me after using the litterbox. I read about cat scratch fever and now I'm not sure what this is.

AND, we are leaving for Florida on Tuesday so I am so afraid of what this is, what it will become...Does anyone know about Lyme disease and how long it takes for symptoms to show after a bite?

By the way, I called my doc and the doc on call was bitchy and just said that my temp wasn't high and I could always go to urgent care...

What do I do and what do you think this is???? Worried all the time!!!!!!!!!
