desperate

hi, I havent been on here in a while but I am desperate. since sunday night I have had n* and d*. I addition I am shaking due to my phobia. My stomach is bloated so I dont know if its gas or v*. I felt better yesterday but it seems to have come back. I need sone reassurance is it just an upset tummy. I'm so scared I thought it was all over yesterday! will anti emetics help as I am seeing a doctor this arvo. help me!

You're definitely not ill. If you were you would have v*d long ago. I'm sure it's just anxiety n*. And yes anti emetics will work, regardless if it's real n* or anxiety n*. I would refrain from using them though since you're probably going to become dependent on them very fast.
