Does anyone else start to feel really really sick if somebody says they feel sick?, I can feel completely fine and then someone will tell me they feel sick and I just get instant nausea and will think about it for ages and ages after, not sure if it's panic or what

Yeah, it's panic. Try to distract yourself, make some hot ginger tea. It sucks, but you'll get through it.
