    Aw, that's great Stephanie!

If it were me, I would think about how long the program is and begin to
tell myself I can get through that. I would remind myself of all the
positive things that made me want to sing in the choir. I'd think about
the beautiful sound and the joy I was contributing to.

I would also have a plan that if I got too anxious I would know how and
where to exit and, if possible, I might tell one person in the choir I
trusted that I was a bit claustrophobic.

Then I might plan something to look forward to after the program so it
wouldn't seem like the entire focus of the day.

Good luck, please have fun if you can!!!!!

I agree with sienna, Steph, try toconcentrate on the singing, and the nice atmosphere - it is probably more excitement and adrenaline than anything else, so feel happy about it, instead of worried! I love acting, but I get very nervous backstage, and often get all shaky and feel like I'm gonna v*, but I know it's only my nerves. I just have to remind myself that they'reit's a'good' type of anxiety.

Think about going home afterwards, and how much you'll be able to relax, knowing you got through it all ok.

I hope you do well! ^__^Edited by: angel13
