Need your ideas

A couple weeks ago, my husband had some sort of bug. He had v* and d* - we figured it was probably food poisoning because he had a potluck at work that day AND he ate some expired peanut butter. Still, we kept him isolated in our room, and I cleaned the bathroom multiple times.

Exactly 1 week after he got sick, my 4 year old daughter got sick. Just *v - again, cleaned like crazy. Then 48 hour after she got sick, my 6 year old daughter woke up *v.

It has been a nightmare for me!!

My thoughts are that these are 2 separate bugs - because of the week between the two. I know s*v can live on surfaces for weeks, but I still think they might be separate bugs because of how fast they hit my girls.

I'm going to say it is the same bug. that stuff can incubate longer than we give it credit for.yes, we all know what the literature says. but somehow I don't think that the SV read the book...
