So, in the middle of December I started to get severe panic attacks every day for around a week. Around that time I ate very little. After that week I had a panic attack every few days, those days eating nothing other than my breakfast. I've been trying to get back on track with eating normally, but pretty much now everything I've been eating has upsetting my stomach and sends me running to the bathroom, other than my breakfast (which I always ate on the panic attack days). My stomach isn't used to eating more foods because of that short time and it's really showing
I know people with IBS have d* often, and I was wondering if anyone had any advice for how to slow it down, or at least make it more bearable. I've been drinking lots of water to get it through my system and keep myself hydrated.

Oh, and before anyone says anything, I'm not panicking over it because I know it's just from my stomach being sensitive. It's just annoying because when I have d* I'm often constipated at first so I have to go through the pain for about an hour before being able to go.
